Music has been the uplifting force in my life since I was young. I started piano at age 7, and throughout high school learned to play clarinet, flute, saxophone, trombone, bassoon, drums and bass. I obtained a music minor from UVic in Saxophone and Composition. I wrote my first song at age 12 and songwriting and arranging are my true talents. I released my first album for a 10-piece latin band in 2011 with all originals, recorded by award winning Cuban musicians. After a brief hiatus due to health issues, I returned to do another album with the group "Pozitive Rebellion". I currently am gigging with this group and am preparing to release my solo performance set soon!
