About Natalia Aramovich

Natalia J is a singer/songwriter, and marketing strategist out of Boulder, Colorado. Her melodic flow is a unique blend of Soft Rock, RnB, and Neo Soul. A writer at heart, poetry paved the way for collaborative projects where she began working with local producers and co-writers to bring her words to life. Natalia J joined forces with Fox Tracks Music, a local custom music company, giving her lyrics and musical endeavors a new creative outlet. Some of her work includes singles, “Lemondrop,” and “Breedin’ Creativity” and “Let's Put a Crown on Resiliency.” She then shifted to a marketing and business development role at Fox Tracks Music, where she brought the custom music department under a partnership with an artist services company called Indie Advance. Since 2020, Natalia’s position morphed into project management at Indie Advance, where she helped develop 360 marketing strategies for indie artists. Balancing both the creative side and business side of the industry, Natalia gravitated towards the world of sync licensing and is passionate about representing artists’ catalogs. She currently serves artists as an independent sync agent. She helps artists organize metadata, properly register works, manage copyrights, and pitch music for various licensing opportunities.

Natalia's Experience

I have a background in marketing, PR, psychology, music, and technology. My skill sets range from creative marketing & PR strategy, business development, operational and administrative support, content development, and catalog curation for music licensing. In my previous roles I have worked closely with artists and teams to develop cohesive marketing strategies to leverage all channels. Duties included project management of social media campaigns, Press & Media outreach, DSP playlisting, live performances promotion, website & EPK management. I’ve utilized various data analytic tools to track consumer behavior, and interpret metrics to help artists’ boost fan engagement. In other project management roles, I have helped artists in business administration such as proper royalty collection, PRO and Works registration, cover song licensing, copyrights management, and contract support. Within music distribution, I ran the backend admin, and helped facilitate artist onboarding, album approvals for DSP screening requirements, and customer support requests. As a liaison between users and our development team, I would suggest platform improvements. I was also an artist using the distribution system so I could understand our challenges & opportunities from a UX perspective. My suggestions ranged from robustness of subscription types, genre & subgenre additions, instrument categories, user functionality, build out of track requirement descriptions and more. Within the licensing vertical, I’ve represented a catalog of artists for sync licensing opportunities. Duties included meta data collection and copy rights management on behalf of artists, pitch curation to relevant music supervisors, and diligent relationship building. I enjoy and am passionate about finding unique ways to position artists in the market through value added storytelling. I am data driven and make informed decisions to track and refine my strategies to optimize growth.
