Hi! My name is Rachel and I am a recent graduate of Columbia College Chicago where I majored in Music Business with an Artist Management Concentration. While at university, I dipped my toes in various parts of the industry from project management at The Recording Academy to apprenticeship with Live Nation for live events to artist management at a Chicago-based boutique record label. For a long time, my goal was to work in personal artist management, but when someone in my network presented me with an opportunity to go on a tour as a production assistant, I couldn’t say no. No surprise, I fell in love with it. In the months since I had another opportunity to tour, this time as the tour manager; I feel more confident than ever that this is precisely what I’m meant to do. Tour management has proven to be the perfect intersection between all my passions in the industry, and I now aim to continue touring for as long as it serves me.
